Claims (1)
- 研磨盤に接触セツトした試料を保持するアーム
自体又はその可動支持部に定量研磨感知電極を取
付け、当該定量研磨感知電極に対臨した定量研磨
感知電極を取付けた位置調整器を設け、前記試料
が設定研磨量に達したら、前記両定量研磨感知電
極の接触で発生する電気信号で自動的に前記研磨
盤による研磨動作を停止させる機構を備えた小型
研磨機。
