- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 紙層の外面に熱可塑性樹脂フイルム層、内面
に熱可塑性樹脂フイルム層、アルミニウム箔層、
熱可塑性樹脂フイルム層を順次積層してなるスト
ロー挿入口付き容器において、ストロー挿入口の
形状がＵ字形で且つ紙層及び紙層の外面の熱可塑
性樹脂フイルム層にＵ字形の切り込みを有し、最
内層の熱可塑性樹脂フイルム層及びアルミニウム
箔層が前記アルミニウム箔層の外面に設けられた
熱可塑性樹脂フイルム層を介して紙層内面に積層
され、ストロー挿入口を形成させたことを特徴と
するストロー挿入口付き飲料容器。 ２ ストローが先端を平らに切断されたものであ
る請求項１記載のストロー挿入口付き飲料容器。
