口9が形成されていると共に、該排出口9の上方に塵芥
投入口8が形成されている点にある。また、前記投入口
8及び排出口9の両側に設けた案内レール14に昇降自
在に案内される塵芥投入用パケット11と、塵芥を投入
すべく該パケット11を投入口で反転させる反転手段と
を備えるのが好ましい。
