る標準作業順序の一例を示す対応表、第３図は処
理プログラムの一例を示すフローチヤート、第４
図は第３図に示す処理プログラムで用いられるサ
ブルーチンのフローチヤートである。 １……ＣＰＵ、２……入出力パラレルインター
フエース、３……ＲＡＭ、４……ＥＥＰＲＯＭ、
５〜８……入力デバイス。

Claims (1)
- 作業工程が完了すると出力状態が変化する複数
のセンサーを有し、これらセンサーの出力に基づ
く信号を入力するインターフエースをＣＰＵとの
間に介装し、一方、該ＣＰＵを介して読み書き可
能なメモリを備え、標準作業順序を予め前記メモ
リに設定し、該メモリに設定した標準作業順序を
参照し作業進行過程で前記複数のセンサーにおけ
る出力状態の変化する順序が前記標準作業順序ど
おりに行われているかどうかを監視し、前記複数
のセンサーにおける出力状態の変化する順序が前
記標準作業順序と異なるときに前記ＣＰＵを介し
て外部に制御信号を出力するようにしたことを特
徴とする作業順序監視装置。
