Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加熱ロールを有する上側ユニツトと、加圧ロー
    ルを有する下側ユニツトとが給紙側の回動支軸を
    中心に上下に分割開閉自在に結合されたクラムシ
    エル型電子写真装置の定着装置において、 一端を下側ユニツトに回動自在に固定し、中間
    部で加圧ロールあるいはこれに付設した部材に圧
    接する加圧アームを設け、該加圧アームと他端と
    上側ユニツトの前記回動支軸から離間した位置と
    の間に加圧バネを張設し、定着装置を開いたとき
    に該加圧バネの付勢力による前記加圧アームの回
    動を途中で停止するストツパ部材を設け、上側ユ
    ニツトが加圧バネの残力によつてさらに回動離間
    することによつて加圧ロールと加熱ロールとの間
    に間〓を形成することを特徴とする電子写真装置
    の定着装置。
