合しオゾン水を製造する装置において、混合液中
のオゾンガスとオゾン水を分離して脱気する槽に
おいて浮子弁と固定弁を有し、槽内のオゾン水水
位によつて浮子弁を上下動作させ、排オゾンガス
のみを上部にもうけたオゾン分解塔内に送り、オ
ゾン分解剤によつてオゾンガスを酸素ガスに分解
