Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内周面に外輪軌道を有する外輪と、外周面
に内輪軌道を有する内輪と、上記外輪軌道と内輪
軌道との間に設けた複数の転動体とから成る転が
り軸受の外側に合成樹脂製プーリを、上記外輪の
外輪軌道を外れた部分を包み込む状態で固定する
事により構成された合成樹脂製プーリ付転がり軸
受に於いて、上記外輪の外周面に鍔部を、この外
輪と一体に形成すると共に、上記合成樹脂製プー
リの射出成形時に、この鍔部と合成樹脂製プーリ
との係合により、外輪と合成樹脂製プーリとの相
対的回転を阻止した事を特徴とする合成樹脂製プ
ーリ付転がり軸受。 (2) 鍔部の外周縁形状が非円形である、請求項
1に記載の合成樹脂製プーリ付転がり軸受。 (3) 鍔部に通孔が形成されており、合成樹脂製
プーリの一部がこの通孔に進入している、請求項
1〜2の何れかに記載の合成樹脂製プーリ付転が
り軸受。 (4) 鍔部の外周縁に歯車状の凹凸が形成されて
いる、請求項1〜2の何れかに記載の合成樹脂製
プーリ付転がり軸受。 (5) 外輪が金属板を塑性変形する事で構成され
ている、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の合成樹脂
製プーリ付転がり軸受。
