Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a water film close to a mirror finished surface with a small amount of water on a wall of a large area by providing a means for sucking an internal space on grooves formed extended laterally on a plurality of portions along a vertical direction of a wall for creepingly dropping a water film. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 2... extending laterally are formed on a plurality of portions along a vertical direction of a wall 1 for creepingly dropping a water film S. Then suction paths 41... are connected to the respective grooves 2... and the respective suction paths 41... are connected to a sucking blower 42 to constitute a means 4 for generating a negative pressure in internal spaces in the grooves 2... When with the suction blower 42 operated overflow water is flowed down to form the water film S creeping along the wall 1, the water film S is temporarily stopped by the negative pressure generated in the internal spaces of the grooves 2... to lose speed. This behavior is repeated by the grooves placed sequentially so that the dropping water film S is not unlimitedly accelerated to have a film with approximately uniform thickness similar to a mirror finished surface formed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a falling water film forming device for wall decoration, which is used to decorate a large wall surface such as the exterior wall of a building with a water film. [Prior Art] Creating a falling water film resembling a waterfall by flowing water down a vertical or sloping wall has traditionally been a means of decorating coffee shop windows and small-scale walls of buildings. It was attempted as. However, with the conventional method of simply letting water flow down from the top of the wall, an extremely large amount of water is required to form a falling water film resembling a waterfall over the entire wall several meters in height. If the amount of water is kept low, it will be difficult for the falling water film to form evenly over the entire wall surface, and depending on the height of the wall surface and the amount of water, the falling water film will be interrupted at several points in the horizontal direction, resulting in a poor appearance.

By the way, the surface condition of the falling water film flowing along the wall surface is
When the amount of water supplied is not so large, it changes markedly from upstream to downstream as shown in Figure 6, and A near the top of the wall surface.
In the nodding region, a mirror-like water film with no ripples appears, followed by fine horizontal striped ripples (a) in region B, and irregular disturbances with large amplitudes further downstream toward regions C and D. It develops into waves, producing vertically striped water flow B and independent water flow C that breaks off at several points in the horizontal direction.

It is thought that this phenomenon occurs because the water film or water flow falling along the wall is accelerated by gravity. Therefore, it is not possible to simply let water flow down from the top of the wall as in the past, but it is possible to form a nearly mirror-like water film over a large, tall wall with a small amount of water, and decorate the wall with that water film. That is impossible. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a falling water film for wall decoration that can form a beautiful falling water film close to a mirror surface over the entire wall surface of high height and large area even with a small amount of water. The purpose is to provide a formal and powerful device. [Means for Solving the Problems] The falling water stream type or device for wall surface decoration of the present invention has grooves extending horizontally at a plurality of locations in the vertical direction of the wall surface for causing the water film to fall along the surface, and It has a means for suctioning the internal space of the groove. [Function] According to this precept, by letting water flow down from the top of the wall surface, a nearly mirror-like water film is formed over the entire wall surface. This is because the water belly flowing down along the wall is once guided into the groove by the negative pressure generated by suctioning the internal space of the groove formed by the wall, and is dammed and decelerated. This is thought to be because the robot repeats the behavior of falling from the groove along the wall surface. [Example] Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the falling water film forming device for wall decoration of the present invention, in which 1 is a vertical wall surface, 2 is a horizontal wall formed at multiple locations in the vertical direction of the wall surface 1. Shows a groove extending to . In addition to concrete and tiled walls such as those found in high-rise buildings, wall surfaces covered with glass are also selected as the wall surface. The groove 2 may be simply recessed from the wall surface 1, or may be in the form of a weir 21 as shown enlarged in FIG. 2, or may extend over the entire width of the wall surface. It can also be partially carved out on the wall. It is possible to suppress ripples of falling water by using punched metal 31 shown in FIG. 3, artificial grass 32 shown in FIG. 4, loofah fiber or sponge 33 shown in FIG. 5 inside the groove 2, etc. A functional cushioning material 3 may be provided. As shown in FIG. 1, suction passages 41 are connected to each of the grooves 2, and these suction passages 41 are connected to a suction blower 42. These suction passages 41 and suction blower 42 constitute a means 4 for suctioning the internal space of the groove 2, which is a suction element of the present invention.

With the above arrangement, the suction blower 42 is operated to suck the internal space of the groove 2 to create a negative pressure in the internal space, and in this state, for example, overflow water is caused to flow down from the upper part of the wall l to flow along the wall l. When the water film S flowing down along the wall surface 1 is induced into the groove 2 by the negative pressure generated in the internal space of the groove 2, it is stopped and decelerated. The water then repeats the behavior of falling from the groove 2 along the wall l, forming a uniformly thick water film S resembling a mirror surface over the entire wall l. This is thought to be because the phenomenon in which the water film S falling along the wall surface 1 is accelerated indefinitely by gravity is suppressed. As a result of various investigations, when forming a water film S with a film thickness of about 5 to 30 mm, the mutual interval H in the vertical direction of the grooves 2 should be 1 to 1.
If the internal space of the groove 2 is set to about 0.5 to 0.8 atm, a clean water film S close to a mirror surface with almost no turbulence of water flow will be formed over the entire wall surface 1. Being done is Vf! It has been certified. If the mutual spacing H between the grooves 2 is too wide, there is a greater possibility that horizontal striped ripples or disturbance waves will occur as explained in the section of the prior art. Furthermore, if the negative pressure in the internal space of the groove 2 is too large, the water film S will be disturbed, and if it is too small, the effect of guiding the water film S into the groove 2 will not be sufficiently exerted. It was also confirmed that in the case where the weir 21 was formed in the groove 2, a water belly close to a mirror surface was formed more easily than in the case where the weir 21 was not formed. Furthermore, it was also confirmed that a water film close to a mirror surface was formed more easily in the case where the buffer material 3 was provided inside the groove 2 than in the case where the buffer material 3 was not provided. This is the water M induced inside the groove 2.
.. This is probably because the ripples of water S are suppressed by the weir 21 and the buffer material 3, and the influence of the ripples of water inside the groove 2 is less likely to affect the water film S falling along the wall surface 1.
