Traditional Signals Lacquer coating on leather has been practiced since ancient times, and for example, among the treasures of Shoso-in, there is a lacquered hand box that is said to be made using the lacquer leather technique. The lacquer skin technique involves making a mold of the marquetry using several pieces of wood, then pasting the rawhide around the mold, coating the outer skin with lacquer, and then drying it repeatedly to harden it. After that, the wedges of the parquet mold were pulled out, the mold was broken, and the mold was removed, after which the inner skin was applied and hardened using the same method. In addition, according to the technique called Indenpi, the entire grain side of the leather is first charred with a grilling iron, then the burnt chitin is removed with a pumice stone, and this process is repeated to create a beautiful white leather. This is then smoked with smoke from burning straw and smoke from burning the roots of pine pine, which contains a lot of resin.
Make fusube leather. Next, a paper pattern is placed on top of the fusube leather and colored black or red lacquer is repeatedly applied, which is a well-known method of decorating leather.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in order to obtain lacquered leather using such conventional techniques, it is necessary to repeatedly perform complicated operations, and in addition, technicians who are skilled in the techniques must spend long hours. It was something that could only be completed after spending a lot of time on it, and it was truly regarded as a work of art. Therefore, even today, when modern factories have made it possible to produce large amounts of meat by mechanical methods, and with this, large amounts of raw hides have been supplied to the industry, this technique has not yet reached the industrial level. It has never been replaced by traditional methods, and today there are only a few successors to the technique. On the other hand, according to this technique, since lacquer liquid is used as a thick coating, the texture and other characteristics of the leather to be coated are completely lost.
The problem is that leather was only meant to be used as a base material for lacquered products. In addition, in the conventional manufacturing method of lacquered leather, the lacquer solution penetrates into the dermis, impairing the flexibility of the leather and making it stiff and unpleasant to the touch.
Since lacquer was applied in multiple layers and the surface was polished to bring out the pattern, there were problems such as the consumption of a large amount of lacquer. Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances and problems.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing lacquered leather that does not impair the flexibility and texture of the leather, and in particular imparts acid resistance, alkali resistance, water resistance, etc., which are characteristics of lacquer, to the leather using raw lacquer. That is.

Measures to solve the problem As mentioned above, in the conventional manufacturing method of lacquered leather, the leather was treated as a mere object to be coated, that is, as a base material, so the characteristics of the leather such as texture were lost. It was something to force me to do. however,
The present invention has the following structure, which reduces the amount of lacquer consumed and improves the acid resistance, alkali resistance, and water resistance of lacquer without impairing the flexibility and texture of the leather, even though it is lacquered leather. It has now become possible to obtain lacquered leather that has characteristics rich in sexiness and the like. That is, the configuration of the present invention is as follows. First, the leather to be lacquered is dyed with either a basic dye, an alcohol dye, or an acid dye. Next, the raw lacquer is mixed with a few percent of extender pigments such as red iron oxide or carbon, and then dipped into an impregnated material such as cloth, which is then rubbed into the leather to remove fingerprints. After waiting for the lacquer to dry to the point that it does not stick, the raw lacquer is then soaked in an impregnated material such as a cloth and applied in the same way. At this time, it will be good to apply only raw lacquer about 2 to 3 times. In this way, the extender pigment in the first application liquid will form a precipitate layer at the bottom of the grain area and will be dried and solidified by the raw lacquer, and the raw lacquer applied later will penetrate into the dermis of the leather. There is no. Therefore, only the grain part of the leather is protected by a coating-like thin film, which maintains the flexibility and texture of the leather, while maintaining the acid resistance, alkali resistance, and water resistance unique to lacquer. Lacquered leather is obtained, and the amount of raw lacquer consumed therein can also be completed with very small amounts. As described above, the method for producing lacquered leather according to the present invention is a method for producing lacquered leather from a completely different perspective from conventional techniques, and is a novel method that has the advantages of both leather and lacquer. This is a method of producing lacquered leather and is very useful.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be further described in detail below. By the way, leather can be roughly divided into the following two types. The dark area from the epithelium to the bottom of the pore is called a grain, and contains an array of large and small pores.
Furthermore, the relatively bright and deep part of the skin where fibers are bundled three-dimensionally is called the dermis, and is mainly composed of the protein collagen. According to conventional techniques, the lacquer liquid penetrates into the dermis, filling the space between fibers that are intricately intertwined three-dimensionally. Under such conditions, the flexibility of the leather is impaired and the leather becomes stiff and uncomfortable to the touch. Examples of the present invention will be shown below, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Example 1 First, leather to be made into lacquered leather was dyed with a basic dye. In this case, a conventional basic dye was used, and the leather was placed in a dyeing solution in which the basic dye was dissolved, and the dyeing solution was stirred occasionally to prevent uneven dyeing. this is,
This is a pretreatment to prevent the lacquer from penetrating into the dermis when the lacquer is applied to the leather in the next step. Next, 2 parts by weight of carbon was added to 100 parts by weight of raw lacquer and thoroughly kneaded to prepare a coating solution. On the other hand, an impregnated material such as cloth was soaked in the coating solution, and the coating solution was rubbed into the surface of the dyed leather. Further, the leather surface was allowed to dry until no fingerprints were left on it, and then only the raw lacquer was dipped into an impregnated material such as a cloth and rubbed all over the leather surface three times for application. The lacquered leather thus obtained was rich in acid resistance, alkali resistance, and water resistance, and maintained the flexibility and texture originally possessed by the leather. Furthermore, as a result of cutting and molding the leather to make shoes, it was found that in addition to the above-mentioned characteristics, the shoes had especially good breathability and water repellency.

A coating solution was prepared by thoroughly kneading the mixture. On the other hand, soak an impregnated material such as cloth in the above coating liquid, apply the coating liquid to the surface of the dyed leather by rubbing it, wait for drying as in Example 1, and then The paint was applied by rubbing it three times using only raw lacquer. In addition, as a result of cutting and molding the leather obtained in this way to produce a second bag, Example 1
It has the same characteristics as lacquered leather, and the unique deep color of lacquered leather has been praised as superior.

Effects of the Invention The present invention is a lacquered leather that is highly flexible and maintains the original texture of the leather, without impairing the flexibility and texture of the leather, unlike lacquered leather produced using conventional techniques. There is an effect. In addition, by dyeing and adding extender pigments such as carbon and red iron to the raw lacquer, kneading and applying it, it is possible to suppress the penetration of the raw lacquer into the dermis and reduce the amount of lacquer applied. It's also effective. In addition to the above effects, the lacquered leather according to the present invention has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, and water resistance, as well as excellent air permeability and water repellency.
