It is something. Conventional technology Conventionally, fluorocarbon-based solvents were generally used to clean mechanical parts, printed circuit boards, etc. because they are nonflammable, pose no risk of ignition, and have excellent cleaning power. Its use has become regulated because it is associated with environmental destruction. As solvents to replace CFC-based solvents, solvents such as terbene solvents, combinations of terpene solvents and terpene emulsifying surfactants, alcohol, and kerosene are considered, but all of these are flammable solvents and can cause ignition. The safety of this product cannot be ensured, making it unusable. Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention attempts to solve the above-mentioned problems, and uses a flammable solvent in the cleaning liquid that has excellent cleaning power and does not cause destruction of the global environment, while eliminating the risk of ignition. The aim is to prevent this from occurring and to perform safe cleaning. Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a storage tank containing a non-flammable or flame-retardant liquid, and inserts an opening at the lower end into the liquid stored in the storage tank. A cleaning section is formed in the sealed chamber of this hermetic covering to bring the flammable solvent into contact with the object to be cleaned. The stored liquid may also be water. The stored liquid may also be a flame-retardant oil with a high boiling point. Further, the flammable solvent may be a terpene solvent, or the flammable solvent may be a composition comprising a terbene solvent and a terpene emulsifying surfactant. The flammable solvent may also be alcohol. The flammable solvent may also be kerosene. The hermetic covering may also have an opening permanently inserted into the contained liquid. In addition, the sealing cover is positioned so as to be movable relative to the stored liquid,
It may also have an opening that allows it to come into contact with and remove the stored liquid. Further, the contact between the flammable solvent and the object to be cleaned in the cleaning section may be carried out by spraying the flammable solvent onto the object to be cleaned in the form of a shower. In addition, the contact between the flammable solvent and the object to be cleaned in the cleaning section is carried out by bringing the part of the object to be cleaned into contact with the liquid level of the flammable solvent in a filling tank housed in a sealed room. It's okay. Additionally, the sealed chamber may be connected to a means for collecting scattered solvent. In addition, to transfer the items to be cleaned to the sealed room, a chain conveyor is introduced from outside the sealed sheath through the stored liquid into the cleaning section inside the sealed sheath, and this introduced chain conveyor is
The liquid may be protruded out of the storage liquid in the direction in which the items to be cleaned are taken out and circulated. Function Since the present invention is constructed as described above, when the object to be cleaned is cleaned with the flammable solvent in the cleaning section where the flammable solvent and the object to be cleaned come into contact, the solvent vapor generated by this cleaning, The scattered droplets are located in the hermetic covering, which is sealed by inserting the opening at the bottom into a nonflammable or flame-retardant storage liquid, and does not leak to the outside, so there is no possibility of ignition occurring within this hermetic covering. The risk of ignition will be eliminated if nothing is placed in the area. Furthermore, even if some ignition occurs, the risk of ignition can be reduced because the opening at the bottom of the hermetic covering is sealed with a non-flammable or flame-retardant liquid. Furthermore, if the stored liquid is water, it is economical and non-flammable, so a high degree of safety against ignition can be obtained. In addition, if the stored liquid is a flame-retardant oil with a high boiling point, when using a solvent that dissolves in water such as alcohol, it will be possible to prevent the solvent from dissolving in the stored liquid and prevent the stored liquid from becoming flammable. Become. In addition, the flammable solvent may be a terpene solvent,
The composition may be composed of a terpene solvent and a terpene emulsifying surfactant, it may be alcohol, it may be kerosene, and any flammable solvent may be used. In addition, if the sealing cover has an opening that is immovably pushed into the stored liquid, it becomes possible to supply the objects to be cleaned to the cleaning section via the stored liquid by a conveyor from a simple side of the machine and continuously. This makes it possible to clean the objects to be cleaned. In addition, the hermetic covering is positioned so that it can move forward and backward relative to the stored liquid,
If an opening is formed so that it can come into contact with and leave the stored liquid,
The transport path for the objects to be cleaned can be formed horizontally, making it possible to easily clean even relatively large objects.
In addition, when connected to other processing equipment that processes objects to be cleaned, it becomes possible to continuously transfer objects to be cleaned from the processing equipment to the cleaning device. Furthermore, if the flammable solvent comes into contact with the object to be cleaned in the cleaning section by spraying the flammable solvent onto the object to be cleaned in the form of a shower, powerful cleaning of the entire object to be cleaned becomes possible. In addition, if the flammable solvent and the object to be cleaned are brought into contact in the cleaning section, the object to be cleaned is brought into contact with the surface of the flammable solvent in a filling tank housed in a sealed chamber. , it becomes possible to clean only one side of a flat object such as a printed circuit board, improving cleaning efficiency and preventing the cleaning liquid from coming into contact with parts that are undesirable. Furthermore, by connecting a means for collecting scattered solvent to the sealed room, it is possible to reduce the concentration of flammable solvent vapor and droplets in the sealed room, further reducing the risk of ignition. Become. In addition, for the transfer of the items to be cleaned to the A7 boarding room, a chain conveyor is introduced from outside the hermetically sealed body through the stored liquid to the cleaning section inside the hermetically sealed body, and this introduced chain conveyor is moved in the direction in which the items to be cleaned are taken out. If the liquid is protruded outside the stored liquid and circulated, it becomes possible to continuously clean the objects to be cleaned using a simple mechanism. Embodiment Below, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
) is a storage tank that stores a flame-retardant storage liquid (2) such as non-flammable water or flame-retardant oil with a high boiling point. It would be economical and economical to use water as the storage liquid (2). Since it can maintain nonflammability, a high degree of safety can be obtained during cleaning work.In addition, the stored liquid (2) can be replaced with flame-retardant oil such as heat transfer oil with a high boiling point, cutting oil, spindle oil, etc. If so, when using a solvent that dissolves in water such as alcohol, it will be possible to prevent the solvent from dissolving in the storage liquid (2) and prevent the storage liquid (2) from becoming flammable. The stored liquid (2) in (1) is filled with a hermetically sealed body (4) that is sealed by inserting the opening (3) at the lower end, and a hermetically sealed chamber is provided inside the hermetically sealed body (4). (5),
It has a cleaning part (8) that brings the flammable solvent (6) into contact with the object to be cleaned (7).The flammable solvent (6) is particularly limited as long as it meets the purpose of cleaning. However, for cleaning flag residue on printed circuit boards, for example, a terpene solvent or a combination consisting of a terpene solvent and a terbene emulsified surfactant is preferable. In addition, flammable solvents (6) are used for other cleaning purposes. alcohol, depending on
Any flammable solvent can be used, such as kerosene. Further, the above-mentioned sealing cover (4) is for immovably inserting the opening (3) into the stored liquid (2), and as shown in FIG. ), the liquid is introduced from the outside of the hermetic covering (4) via the stored liquid (2) into the washing section (8) inside the hermetic covering (4), and the introduced chain conveyor (
10) into the stored liquid (2) in the direction of leading out of the object to be cleaned (7).
A flushing shower (1) is installed in this protrusion to remove the flammable solvent (6) adhering to the object (7).

If only the object to be cleaned (7) is brought into contact with the liquid level in 6), it becomes possible to clean only one side of a flat object such as a printed circuit board, which improves cleaning efficiency. , it is possible to prevent the cleaning liquid from coming into contact with areas that are undesirable for contact with the cleaning liquid. In this case, an overflow tank (22) is provided separately from the filling tank (14), and the flammable solvent in the filling tank (14) is (6) into the moisture separator (24) using the bomb (23).
) to the overflow tank (22), and while the flammable solvent (6) overflows, the object to be cleaned (7) is
Cleaning is performed by contacting only the part to be cleaned. The next cleaning means is a step in which the flammable solvent (6) adhering to the object to be cleaned (7) is washed off by the liquid (2) in the storage tank (1) due to the above cleaning operation. .. Each of the above cleaning means may be used alone or in combination, and can be arbitrarily determined depending on the cleaning purpose, or separate cleaning means, such as an immersion cleaning tank, may be installed. You may do so. In addition, the solvent vapor, scattered droplets, etc. generated by the above-mentioned cleaning work are removed from the hermetic covering (4), which is sealed by inserting the opening (3) at the lower end into a non-flammable or flame-retardant storage liquid (2).
Since there is no leakage to the outside, there is no risk of ignition unless there is anything that could cause ignition inside this hermetic covering (4). However, since the opening (3) at the lower end of the hermetic covering (4) is sealed with a non-flammable or flame-retardant storage liquid (2), the risk of ignition can be reduced.
In addition, if the collection means (25) for collecting steam, scattered solvent, etc. This makes it possible to reduce the concentration of vapor, droplets, etc., and further reduce the risk of ignition. The recovery means (25) has an inlet (26) in the upper part of the closed chamber (5). ) into the condensation chamber (28) of the collection tank <<28>>.
The flowing liquid layer (32) formed by the cooling liquid (31) condenses the vapor, scattered solvent droplets, etc. introduced from the suction pipe (27), and also connects to the condensation chamber (30).
) is separated by a partition wall (33), and a discharge pipe (37 ), and the clean gas in this upper space (36) is returned to the closed chamber (5), thereby eliminating the flammable solvent (6) in the closed chamber (5).
> It is possible to significantly reduce the concentration of vapor, droplets, etc. Effects of the Invention Since the present invention has been carefully considered as described above, solvent vapor generated by cleaning, scattered droplets, etc. will not leak to the outside from the hermetic covering whose lower end opening is sealed with the liquid contained therein. This eliminates the risk of fire caused by sparks from external devices, electric current, etc. 1. Even if some ignition occurs, the risk of ignition can be reduced by using a non-flammable or flame-retardant storage liquid. Furthermore, if water is used as the storage liquid, it is economical and non-flammable, so a high degree of safety can be obtained.

In addition, if the sealing cover is immovably positioned and sealed with the stored liquid, it becomes possible to supply the object to be cleaned to the cleaning section via the stored liquid by a conveyor with a simple mechanism, and the continuous It becomes possible to wash things. In addition, if the sealing cover is positioned so that it can move forward and backward relative to the stored liquid, the transfer path for the objects to be cleaned can be formed horizontally, and even relatively large objects can be easily cleaned. Good continuity with processing equipment located before and after. Furthermore, if the flammable solvent comes into contact with the object to be cleaned in the cleaning section by spraying the flammable solvent in the form of a shower, powerful cleaning of the entire object to be cleaned becomes possible. Additionally, if the flammable solvent and the object to be cleaned in the cleaning section come into contact with only the part of the object to be cleaned, it becomes possible to clean only one side of a flat object such as a printed circuit board, which improves cleaning efficiency. It is possible to prevent the cleaning liquid from coming into contact with parts that are not desirable to come into contact with the cleaning liquid. Furthermore, by connecting a means for collecting scattered solvent to the closed room, it is possible to reduce the concentration of flammable solvent vapor, droplets, etc., and further reduce the risk of ignition.
