Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 熱電対の出力端子に接続されていて、熱電対の
バーンアウト検出を行う第１のアナログ・デジタ
ル変換器と、この第１のアナログ・デジタル変換
器と並列に接続されていて、熱電対の測定値を検
出する積分型の第２のアナログ・デジタル変換器
とからなる熱電対周辺回路において、 交流電源と、 一端がこの交流電源に接続され、他端が前記熱
電対の高電位側の出力端子に接続された抵抗とを
備え、 前記交流電源の電源周波数は、前記第２のアナ
ログ・デジタル変換器の積分周波数の整数倍にな
ることを特徴とする熱電対周辺回路。
