の処理済みガスの一部を絞り機構を介して減圧し
て供給して前記分離剤に吸着または吸収されてい
たガスを該分離剤から取り去つて放出する再生工
程と、該再生工程から前記分離工程に切り換わる
前に該分離筒内に分離工程にある他の前記分離筒
からの処理済みガスの一部を絞り機構を介して充
填して該分離筒内を高圧とする充填工程とを、複
数の開閉弁の切換動作により順次に繰り返して行
