したものにあつても発泡体の種類によつては接着
力が不足し、シリコーンゴム層が剥離する場合が
あり、改良が求められていた。特にロールにおい
ては、ロール回転時の表面摩擦により、表面のシ
リコーンゴム層が内部の発泡体から分離し易かつ
た。

なり、最外層1を液状シリコーンゴムから形成す
る際に液状シリコーンゴムが含浸可能となる連通
気泡構造を主体とするものからなり、主としてポ
リウレタンフオームが用いられる。

化させ、発泡体表面に所定厚のシリコーンゴム層
を形成し、冷却後脱型することによつて得られ
る。そして、得られたロールは、最外層(図中
1)を形成するシリコーンゴム層と接する発泡体
の表面付近において、液状シリコーンゴムが発泡
体内に含浸して硬化した中間層(図中2)を有す
る為に、中心層(図中3)を形成する内部の発泡
体と最外層を形成するシリコーンゴム層とは強固
に結合することとなる。

る。従つて、最外層を形成するシリコーンゴム層
と中心層を形成する発泡体とは、シリコーンゴム
が発泡体中に含浸してなる中間層によつて強固に
結合されることとなり、ロールの長期間の回転に
よつてもシリコーンゴムのみからなる最外層が中
間層および中心層から分離する虞れがない。又、
本考案品は製造においてもプライマー処理を施す
必要がなく、製造の合理化をも実現した。
