Claims (1)
素材からなる筒状の検出器本体12と、この検出
器本体の下部に取り付けられた、微細孔16を有
するペレツト14と、検出器本体12の内部に設
けられ、微細孔16近傍で一端が共に微細孔と通
じ他端が別々に検出器本体の上部外部に通ずる、
洗浄液を流すための洗浄用通路32および試料を
流すための試料用通路30と、この洗浄用通路3
2内に配置された電極34とを包含し、検出器本
体12の導電性被膜13を接地して外部電極とし
