極間に静電場を形成することにより吸引した気体

がら均一な液体膜を形成させて液体中に帯電粒子
を静電気的に捕集した後、装置外に一定流量で取
り出す連続採取機構を備えた実用新案請求範囲第
一項記載の粒子採取装置。 (3) 捕集電極の表面に液体を噴霧又は流下させ
て均一な液体膜を形成させ、放電電極との間で静
電場を形成して帯電した粒子を液体中に捕集し、
装置外に液体を取り出す連続採取機構を備えた実
用新案登録請求範囲第一項の粒子採取装置。
