- 計測部と実装基板の各独立パターンに接触する
多数のプローブピンとをそれぞれ接続する各チヤ
ンネルに、アナログスイツチをそれぞれ介在した
ツリー構造を有するインサーキツトテスタ用アナ
ログマルチプレクサにおいて、上記多数のアナロ
グスイツチをグループ分けし、計測部と各グルー
プに属するアナログスイツチとをそれぞれ接続す
る共通の各チヤンネルに、更にアナログスイツチ
をそれぞれ介在することを特徴とするインサーキ
ツトテスタ用アナログマルチプレクサ。
