Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 酸素イオン伝導性固体電解質部材からなり該固
体電解質部材の内外表面にそれぞれ接触する基準
酸素用大気と被検出気体との酸素濃度差により酸
素濃度を検出するセンサ素子がホルダー先端部に
保持されると共に、前記ホルダーの基端部外周に
筒状の収納部材の一端部が嵌合接続され、前記収
納部材の開口部からセンサ素子に接続された酸素
濃度検出用リード線を導出するようにした酸素セ
ンサにおいて、 前記リード線の少なくとも前記開口部位を、大
気を透過させ液体の透過を抑制する部材で被覆し
、かつ前記収納部材の一端接続部と、前記開口部
のリード線との間隙と、を液密構造に形成したこ
とを特徴とする酸素センサ。
