- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一端を閉鎖した筒状の酸素イオン透過性固体電
解質の内面に内側電極が形成され、外面の被測定
ガスと接触する部分の一部に外側電極が形成され
他の部分は電気絶縁層で被覆されているセンサ素
子であつて、 前記内側電極は前記外側電極の反対側の部分又
は更に前記電気絶縁層の反対側の部分を含む部分
にのみ形成されているセンサ素子を備えたことを
特徴とする限界電流式酸素濃度センサ。
