Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) マグネトロン１と、インバータ電源２と、
スタート時にスイツチング周波数を基準値まで徐
々に下げるソフトスタート回路９と、電源電圧を
整流した後の電圧を監視しこの電圧が基準値より
下がつた時に前記ソフトスタート回路９に信号を
出力し再びこの電圧が基準値に達した時にスター
ト時と同様にソフトスタートさせるリセツト回路
１０とで構成したことを特徴とするマグネトロン
駆動制御回路。 (2) 入力側に電源電圧を出力側にコンデンサ１
０ｅを各接続したフオトカプラ１０ｂと、前記コ
ンデンサ１０ｅの電圧と基準電圧とを比較する比
較器１０ｇとでリセツト回路１０′を構成したこ
とを特徴とする第１項記載のマグネトロン駆動制
御回路。
