- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力直流電圧をオン、オフするスイツチ素子と
、このスイツチ素子のオン、オフを制御して出力
直流電圧を安定化させる制御回路とを備えた直流
安定化電源装置において、 前記制御回路としてデツドタイムコントロール
機能を有した回路を用い、このデツドタイムコン
トロール入力端子ＤＴに、コンデンサと抵抗の直
列回路と前記コンデンサに並列に接続したスイツ
チ素子と、このスイツチ素子を前記入力直流電圧
が所定電圧より低下した時オンに駆動し前記コン
デンサの充電電荷を放電させる駆動回路とで構成
されるソフトスタート回路を接続したことを特徴
とする直流安定化電源装置。
