ジスタ群と、 この垂直転送レジスタ群の出力側に並設された
水平転送チヤネル上に複数の電極が形成されて上
記垂直レジスタ群の各出力が各段に対応付けられ
た水平転送レジスタと、 上記垂直転送チヤネルの出力端から上記水平転
送チヤネルの各段に連なる接続チヤネル上に電極
が形成された接続部と、 を有する電荷転送素子であつて、 上記接続部の接続チヤネルは上記垂直転送チヤ
ネル側から上記水平転送チヤネル側に向つて幅の
広くなるテーパー状を成すことを特徴とする電荷

チヤネル側から上記水平転送チヤネルに向つて段
