Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 多数の感圧素子が配列された押圧面を有して生
体の末梢部の動脈上に押圧され、該動脈から発生
する圧脈波を検出する脈波センサを備え、該多数
の感圧素子からそれぞれ出力される圧脈波信号に
基づいて最適感圧素子を選択するとともに、該最
適感圧素子から出力された圧脈波信号に基づいて
血圧値を逐次決定する形式の血圧モニタ装置であ
つて、 前記多数の感圧素子により圧脈波が検出される
のに応答して最適位置に位置していると推定され
る感圧素子を繰り返し判定する最適感圧素子判定
手段と、 該最適感圧素子判定手段により判定された最適
位置に位置していると推定される感圧素子と、血
圧値を決定するために既に選択されている前記最
適感圧素子とが一致するか否かを逐次判断する一
致判断手段と、 該一致判断手段による判断が予め定められた回
数連続して否定されたとき、前記最適位置に位置
していると推定される感圧素子を前記最適感圧素
子として選択する感圧素子選択手段と を含むことを特徴とする血圧モニタ装置。
