、ステツプＳ１３における血圧値の推定を説明す
る図である。第５図は第２図の装置の作動を示す
タイムチヤートである。 １０：カフ、１３：上腕部、１６：切換弁、３
２：脈波センサ、３７：手首。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 生体の一部を圧迫する圧迫装置と、該生体の一
    部を流れる動脈の下流側に位置する該生体の末梢
    部において該動脈から発生する圧脈波を検出する
    脈波センサとを備え、該圧迫装置を用いて決定さ
    れる血圧値と該脈波センサにより検出された圧脈
    波との関係を予め求め、該関係から該脈波センサ
    により検出される圧脈波に基づいて前記生体の血
    圧値を逐次算出する形式の血圧モニタ装置であつ
    て、 前記圧迫装置を所定の速度で降圧あるいは昇圧
    させる圧力制御手段と、 前記圧迫装置の降圧あるいは昇圧過程において
    前記脈波センサにより検出される圧脈波の発生あ
    るいは消滅を検出する検出手段と、 該検出手段により前記圧脈波の発生あるいは消
    滅が検出されたときの前記圧迫装置の圧迫圧力に
    基づいて最高血圧値を決定する血圧値決定手段と
    、 該血圧値決定手段により決定された最高血圧値
    に基づいて前記関係を求める関係決定手段と を含むことを特徴とする血圧モニタ装置。
