Claims (1)
- 複数のケース内にそれぞれ圧電共振子が収容さ
れ、各圧電共振子に端子が接続された圧電部品で
あつて、上記複数のケースが、底ケース部材と、
蓋ケース部材と、上記底ケース部材と蓋ケース部
材との間に位置し、底ケース部材に適合した上ケ
ース部と蓋ケース部材に適合した下ケース部とが
一体化した少なくとも１つの中間ケース部材とで
構成されていることを特徴とする圧電部品。
