Claims (1)
- 開口部を有するケース内に、表裏面に電極部が
形成された圧電共振子が収容され、該圧電共振子
に接続された複数の端子がケースの開口部の外方
に延出していると共に、ケースの開口部が封止材
で封止された圧電部品の封止構造において、上記
複数の端子が、ケースの開口部において内方に位
置することを特徴とする圧電部品の封止構造。
