- 少なくともアース電極接続部が形成されたケー
スと、該ケース内に収容され、導電性接合剤によ
り前記アース電極接続部に接続されるアース電極
が形成された圧電素子とを有する圧電部品におい
て、上記圧電素子のうちアース電極の端部に切欠
部が形成されていることを特徴とする圧電部品。
