Claims (1)
- 一対の入出力電極接続部を少なくとも有するケ
ースと、該ケース内に収容された状態において上
記入出力電極接続部と対向し、かつ導電性接合剤
により接続される一対の入出力電極が少なくとも
形成された圧電エレメントとを有する圧電部品で
あつて、上記一対の入出力電極の端部に、それぞ
れ切欠部が形成されていると共に、圧電エレメン
トのうち上記一対の入出力電極の反対面にダミー
電極が形成されていることを特徴とする圧電部品
。
