Claims (1)
- 圧電基板に入出力電極部及びアース電極部が形
成された複数の圧電共振子と、各圧電共振子の入
出力電極部及びアース電極部にそれぞれ接続され
た入出力端子及びアース端子とを有する圧電部品
であつて、上記複数の圧電共振子が外装樹脂によ
り積層状態で外装され一体化していることを特徴
とする圧電部品。
