Claims (1)
- 共振電極部と該共振電極部から延設された入出
力電極部とが圧電基板に形成されていると共に、
上記入出力電極に入出力端子が接続され、かつ外
装樹脂で外装された圧電部品であつて、上記共振
電極部とクリアランスをもつて、保護プレートが
上記入出力端子に接合されていることを特徴とす
る圧電部品。
