Claims (1)
- 出力電圧を定電圧化する定電圧部と、一定レベ
ル以上の電流が流れたのを検出して過電流検出信
号を出力する過電流検出部と、この過電流検出信
号により前記定電圧部をその出力電圧を低下させ
且つ出力電流を一定電流以下に抑制するよう制御
する保護回路部とを備えてなる過電流保護回路に
おいて、前記保護回路部を、２個以上の半導体素
子を接続して保持機能を有する構成とし、この保
護回路時の動作部に駆動される過電流表示素子と
、前記過電流検出部から過電流検出信号が一定時
間以上出力された時に入力電源を遮断する電源遮
断部とを付設してなる過電流保護回路。
