第１図は本考案の一実施例を示す電源回路図、
第２図は従来の電源保護回路の一例を示すための
電源回路図である。 図において、Ｑ１はＰＮＰ型トランジスタ、Ｑ
２はＮＰＮ型トランジスタ、Ｑ３はＮＰＮ型フオ
トトランジスタ、Ｄ１は発光ダイオード、Ｔ１お
よびＴ２は端子、Ｔ３は検知出力端子、Ｓ１は電
源、Ｓ２は保護回路用電源、ＳＷ１はスイツチ、
ｎ１はノード、２はフオトカプラ、３は電源保護
回路、４はマイコンである。なお、図中、同一符
号は同一または相当部分を示す。
第２図は従来の電源保護回路の一例を示すための
電源回路図である。 図において、Ｑ１はＰＮＰ型トランジスタ、Ｑ
２はＮＰＮ型トランジスタ、Ｑ３はＮＰＮ型フオ
トトランジスタ、Ｄ１は発光ダイオード、Ｔ１お
よびＴ２は端子、Ｔ３は検知出力端子、Ｓ１は電
源、Ｓ２は保護回路用電源、ＳＷ１はスイツチ、
ｎ１はノード、２はフオトカプラ、３は電源保護
回路、４はマイコンである。なお、図中、同一符
号は同一または相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電源と、電源負荷に接続されるべき、かつ、前
記電源の電圧を導出する出力端子との間に設けら
れ、前記電源を電源負荷の短絡から保護するため
の電源保護回路であつて、 前記電源の供給に応答して導通されて、電源電
圧を前記出力端子に与える第１のスイツチング手
段と、 前記第１のスイツチング手段の導通に応答して
導通され、かつ、前記電源負荷の短絡に応答して
遮断されて前記第１のスイツチング手段を遮断す
る第２のスイツチング手段と、 前記第２のスイツチング手段の導通に応答して
発光されて、電源負荷に電源を供給していること
を示す発光手段と、 前記発光手段の発光に応答して、それを前記電
源負荷の短絡の有無を表わす電気信号に変換する
変換手段とを備えた電源保護回路。
