- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力信号レベルに対応して駆動電流が供給され
る発光ダイオードと、コレクタが基準電源に接続
されたフオトトランジスタとより成るフオトカプ
ラと、 前記基準電源と接地間を結ぶ電路に介挿された
第１の半導体制御素子と、 前記第１の半導体制御素子の制御端子と前記フ
オトトランジスタのコレクタを結ぶ電路に介挿さ
れ、前記フオトトランジスタのコレクタ電圧が所
定電圧以下のとき電流の通流を阻止するツエナー
ダイオードと、 前記第１の半導体制御素子の基準電源側端子の
信号を反転する第２の半導体制御素子とを備えた
ことを特徴とする高速伝送用フオトカプラ回路。
