Claims (1)
- 基材と、この基材に設けた導体箔と、この導体
箔と前記基材とを貫通しているスルーホールと、
このスルーホールに挿入されて前記導体箔に接合
されているリード線とから成るプリント基板のリ
ード線取付部において、前記導体箔上に半田メツ
キ層を設け、このメツキ層がスルーホールの内リ
ード線に溶融固化して前記導体箔と電気的に接続
されていることを特徴とするプリント基板のリー
ド線取付部。
