路構成図、第３図は暖機制御回路装置の使用説明
図、第４図，は本考案に係るエンジンの暖機
制御回路装置の予熱・後熱タイムチヤート、第５
図、第６図は従来の予熱・後熱タイムチヤートを
示している。 図中、１は電源供給部、２はタイマ回路部、３
は表示ランプ点灯回路部、４はリレー付勢回路部
、５は制御回路部、６はパルス発振回路、７はカ
ウンタ部、８は定電圧回路、９はリセツト回路、
１０はランプ駆動回路、１１はリレー駆動回路、
１２は遅延回路、１３ないし１５はフリツプフロ
ツプ回路、１６，１７はアンド回路、１８，１９
はオア回路、３１は暖機制御回路装置、３２はエ
ンジン・キー、３３はスタータ・スイツチ、３４
は表示ランプ、３５はヒータ用のリレーをそれぞ
れ表している。

示している。 図中、１は電源供給部、２はタイマ回路部、３
は表示ランプ点灯回路部、４はリレー付勢回路部
、５は制御回路部、６はパルス発振回路、７はカ
ウンタ部、８は定電圧回路、９はリセツト回路、
１０はランプ駆動回路、１１はリレー駆動回路、
１２は遅延回路、１３ないし１５はフリツプフロ
ツプ回路、１６，１７はアンド回路、１８，１９
はオア回路、３１は暖機制御回路装置、３２はエ
ンジン・キー、３３はスタータ・スイツチ、３４
は表示ランプ、３５はヒータ用のリレーをそれぞ
れ表している。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 タイマが作成する予熱時間及び後熱時間の間リ
レーを付勢し、該リレーを介してバツテリからヒ
ータ部へ電源を供給してエンジンの暖機を行うエ
ンジンの暖機制御回路装置において、 予熱時間経過時に予熱時間経過信号を出力する
と共に、該予熱時間経過信号を受けて更に該予熱
時間を延長し、上記後熱時間に相当する後熱相当
時間を作成するタイマ回路部と、 エンジン・キーの投入により該タイマ回路部を
作動させる電源供給部と、 該タイマ回路部が作成する予熱時間及び後熱時
間の間表示ランプを点灯させる表示ランプ点灯回
路部と、 該タイマ回路部が出力する上記予熱時間経過信
号の発生を超え、上記後熱相当時間の終了に至る
間、及び該後熱相当時間後に生じた後熱時間の間
連続して上記リレーを付勢するリレー付勢回路部
と、 該タイマ回路部が作成する後熱時間終了に基づ
いて、上記リレーを消勢させるための信号を該リ
レー付勢回路部へ出力すると共に、上記予熱時間
経過後においてエンジン・キーがスタータ位置へ
投入されたとき、タイマ回路部に新たな後熱時間
を作成させる制御回路部 とを備え、リレーのオン・オフ制御回数を少な
くしリレーの耐久性を向上せしめる構成としたこ
とを特徴とするエンジンの暖機制御回路装置。
