Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 移送空気によつて対象物を運ぶ搬送装置のホ
    ツパ内に搬送された対象物を排出させるためのホ
    ツパ下部開口端に設けられた排出口の開閉機構で
    あつて、 前記排出口を開閉し得るように揺動可能に設け
    られた閉塞部材と、 前記閉塞部材を揺動させ得る駆動手段と、 前記排出口の周縁部をなすよう設けられた内壁
    部材と外壁部材とで囲まれ、かつ前記閉塞部材に
    当接する側が開放された空間部により形成される
    と共に圧力空気導入口を有する通風路と、 前記閉塞部材の動きに連動して前記通風路に圧
    力空気を導入し得るエアー吹き手段とを備え、し
    かも前記通風路は外壁部材の開口端が閉塞部材に
    当接して閉塞可能とされるが、内壁部材の開口端
    は外壁部材開口端が閉塞部材に当接している際圧
    力空気が通過し得るよう閉塞部材との間に隙間を
    生じるようにされたホツパの排出口開閉機構。 ２ 前記駆動手段は、前記閉塞部材の揺動軸と流
    体圧シリンダ装置とが、リンク機構もしくはラツ
    ク、ピニオンを介して連結され、かつ閉塞部材の
    揺動速度調節装置を有するものであり、前記通風
    路の圧力空気導入口は送り込まれた圧力空気が通
    風路内を周廻する方向に設けられたものであり、
    前記エアー吹き手段は閉塞部材が排出口に接近し
    た際切換弁を介して圧力空気を前記通風路内に送
    り込み得るようにされたものである請求項１記載
    のホツパの排出口開閉機構。
