Claims (1)
- 下型と該下型に第１のヒンジ部を介して開閉自
在に取付けられた上型と、前記下型と上型との間
に挿入され、前記下型または上型に第２のヒンジ
部を介して開閉自在に取付けられた中子型とを備
える合成樹脂材の成形型において、前記下型及び
上型が下部枠体及び上部枠体に夫々取付けられ、
前記下部枠体及び上部枠体間にクランプ機構が設
けられ、前記下部枠体または上部枠体と中子型と
のクランプ面が傾斜面に形成され、下部枠体と上
部枠体とを前記クランプ機構によりクランプした
場合に前記下型及び上型が型締めされると共に、
下部枠体または上部枠体の何れか一方がクランプ
面の傾斜面に沿つて中子型を内側に押圧し、前記
中子型が下型または上型に密接されて型締めされ
るようになされていることを特徴とする合成樹脂
材の成形型。
