- 超音波振動子により液中に超音波を発生させ物
体の洗浄をおこなう超音波洗浄装置に於て、共振
周波数の異なる複数の超音波振動子を交互に水平
に配置し、被洗浄物を該複数の超音波振動子の上
方向に於て、上下移動させながら移動させるチエ
ーン機構をもつことを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置
。
