第7図はガス分離装置の試作例を示すシステム構
成図、第8図はフリーピストンポンプ装置の模式
断面図、第9図は前記試作例を駆動するための回
路図、第10図は同試作機に使用されている各ソ
レノイドバルブの動作を示すタイムチヤートであ

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 混合ガスのガス成分から特定のガスを吸着
し、該混合ガスから所望のガスを分離抽出するガ
ス分離用タンクと、シリンダに収容されているフ
リーピストンの往復動作によつて前記ガス分離用
タンク内を加圧し、次いで減圧するフリーピスト
ンポンプ装置と、前記ガス分離用タンクの排出口
とフリーピストンポンプ装置の吸入口との間に設
けた三方向ソレノイドバルブと、該フリーピスト
ンポンプ装置の吐出口とガス分離用タンクの混合
ガス取り入れ口との間に、直列に設けた別の三方
向ソレノイドバルブおよびバランスバルブを備え
、該バランスバルブには前記ガス分離用タンク内
を減圧状態から加圧状態に切り換わるときにガス
分離用タンク内の負圧力を遮断する加圧バルブと
バルブ室内に混合ガスを導入する負圧バルブとを
設けた混合ガスから所望ガスを分離抽出するガス
分離装置。 (2) 混合ガスの導入孔と、ガス分離用タンクに
加圧ガスを流出させる流出孔と、フリーピストン
ポンプ装置の吐出口に連通される加圧ガスの流入
孔とを備え、前記混合ガスの導入孔には負圧弁を
、また、加圧ガスの流入孔に加圧弁を設けたガス
分離抽出装置用のバランスバルブ。
