一定電圧を与えて流れる電流信号から試料穀物の
水分を測定する装置において、定電圧電源に、一
対の電極を介して電圧対電流の関係が対数特性を
有する素子を直列接続する被測定回路と、高抵抗
と低抵抗の各定抵抗をそれぞれ介して上記電圧対
電流の関係が対数特性を有する素子を直列接続す
る基準回路を設け、かつ前記被測定回路と基準回
路を交互切換え自在に設けると共に、被測定回路
および基準回路の各定抵抗に切換えたときの上記
電圧対電流の関係が対数特性を有する素子の端子
間電圧から試料穀物の水分を算出するように構成
したことを特徴とする穀物の水分測定装置。 (2) 電圧対電流の関係が対数特性を有する素子
