被測定側回路と、一対の電極に代えて定抵抗を介
して上記ダイオードを順方向に直列接続する基準
設定側回路とを交互切換え自在に設けると共に、
上記被測定側回路に切換えたときと基準設定側回
路に切換えたときのダイオードの端子間電圧から
試料穀物の水分を算出するように構成したことを
