Claims (1)
装置の前記開口を天板により覆つて成るクリーン
ユニツトを、直列に複数接続して成る天吊型クリ
ーンユニツトに於て、前記クリーンユニツトの両
端面に夫々内側フランジを形成すると共に、一方
の内側フランジに沿つて環状凹溝を形成し、他方
の内側フランジに沿つて前記環状凹溝に挿入可能
な形状の環状凸部を形成し、更に前記環状凹溝内
にシール剤を充填して成る天吊型クリーンユニツ
トの接続構造。 (2) 請求項１記載の天吊型クリーンユニツトの
接続構造に於て、一方の内側フランジに形成した
環状凹溝の外側に複数の位置決め部材を設けると
共に、他方の内側フランジに形成した環状凸部の
外側に上記位置決め部材と係合可能な複数の位置
決め部材を設けた天吊型クリーンユニツトの接続
