Claims (1)
装置の前記開口を天板により覆つて成るクリーン
ユニツトを、直列に複数接続するとともに、これ
等のクリーンユニツトを天井パネルに支持して成
る天吊型クリーンユニツトに於て、前記各クリー
ンユニツトを、前記天井パネルに、クリーンユニ
ツトの軸方向に移動自在に支持するとともに、前
記各クリーンユニツトの接続端面を押圧装置によ
り相互に押圧して成る天吊型クリーンユニツトの
支持構造。 (2) 請求項１記載の天吊型クリーンユニツトの
支持構造に於て、天井パネルの上面に、かつ、ク
リーンユニツトに沿つて補強部材を固定し、この
補強部材を建屋の天井面に吊持支持してなる天吊
