タツチ／短縮データに対応したダイヤルデータを
読出して伝送制御部へ転送するカードアクセス制
御手段と、カード装填部にＩＣカードが装填され
た場合にこれを検知する装填検知手段と、装填検
知手段がＩＣカードの装填を検知しない場合には
通常アクセス制御手段の動作を実行させ、装填を
検知した場合にはカードアクセス制御手段の動作
を優先させるアクセス対象選択手段とを具備した
