Claims (1)
接続した超音波振動子の前記ホーンの先端面と被
溶着物を受ける受け台又は受けローラの間にフイ
ルム状金属テープを介在させ、前記受け台又は受
けローラと金属テープとの間に被溶着物を挿入し
た状態で振動子を駆動し、被溶着物を溶着するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする超音波溶着機。 2 下端面を振動放出側とし該下端面にホーンを
接続した超音波振動子の振動の節部にフランジを
設け、該振動子の上端部から螺旋発条を遊嵌して
その下端部を前記フランジに支持させる一方、下
端部に前記フランジに当接するカムを定着したハ
ンドルの下部を螺着すると共に腕杆等を介して前
記ホーンの先端部に当接する受けローラを具え且
つフイルム状金属テープを前記ホーンと受けロー
ラとの間を連続して通過させる機構を具えたケー
スを、前記振動子の上部から遊嵌すると共に該ケ
ースの上部を前記螺旋発条に当接させて成り、ハ
ンドルを回動して振動子を上動させ、前記金属テ
ープと受けローラの間に被溶着物を挿入してホー
ンと受けローラにより被溶着物を挾持した状態で
振動子を駆動すると共に全体を被溶着物と相対移
動させながら被溶着物を溶着するようにしたこと
を特徴とする超音波溶着機。 3 フイルム状金属テープの被溶着物接合面にフ
