に当接するプローブとを有し、軸穴内周座標を測
定する測定ユニツトと、 を含む多軸ワークの軸穴測定装置において、 測定ユニツトのプローブを測定軸穴内で少なく
とも１周分回転駆動する駆動部と、 プローブの測定値を電気的に読み取るエンコー
ダと、 エンコーダ出力をプローブの回転角度と対応さ
せて一周分処理し、測定軸穴の全内周座標から軸
穴中心を求める演算処理部と、を含む多軸ワーク
