- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 躯体床にアンカーボルトで定着敷設した台
枠上に壁パネルを建並べて成り、上記台枠は壁パ
ネルを受荷する台部と、該台部を支持し躯体床に
荷重を預ける基部と、該基部に設けられアンカー
ボルトに係合するボルト穴とを有している水廻用
プレフアブルームの下部構造において、前記ボル
ト穴を前記台部より室外側に位置せしめた水廻用
プレフアブルームの下部構造。 (2) 前記台枠の台部の室外側を立上げて、室内
側に防水床を張り、該防水床の仕上面を台部の上
面と略面一にした請求項１に記載の水廻用プレフ
アブルームの下部構造。
