と、該リレー回路により出力が切り替えられるフ
リツプフロツプ回路と、該フリツプフロツプ回路
の出力により選択的にオンまたはオフするトラン
ジスタと、該トランジスタの出力で制御されＩＦ
信号を切り替えるスイツチ回路とを有することを
