Claims (1)
- 面実装部品を装着して構成されるプリント基板
の面実装部品装着用銅箔面周囲内側もしくは当該
銅箔塗布部と回路パターンとの間に、装着誤差許
容マージンに属する対称形エリアをエツチングに
より設け、半田を溶融する際の、対峙する熱の逸
散移動部の面積を近似させると共に挟小化させて
対峙銅箔面の温度上昇・冷却差の拡大を防ぐと同
時に当該対称形エリアの対称形が溶融ハンダの張
力を対称的に働かせて実装部品を中央に維持させ
ることを特徴とする面実装タイプ部品用のプリン
ト基板パターン。
