Claims (1)
を含む半導体膜、背面電極及び背面保護膜をこの
順序で配置した光起電力装置であつて、上記背面
電極は導電性粉末を含んだ導電性ペースト材から
構成されると共に、当該背面電極を覆う上記背面
保護膜は絶縁性粉末を混在した樹脂材料からなる
ことを特徴とした光起電力装置。 (2) 光入射方向から見て受光面電極、光活性層
を含む半導体膜及び背面電極の積層体からなる単
位光電変換素子を、基板の絶縁表面に並置し、隣
接せる単位光電変換素子を当該隣接間隔部におい
て結合電極を介して電気的に直列接続せしめ、そ
れらの背面を背面保護膜で覆つた光起電力装置で
あつて、上記結合電極は導電性粉末を含んだ導電
性ペースト材から構成されると共に、当該結合電
極を覆う上記背面保護膜は絶縁性粉末を混在した
樹脂材料からなることを特徴とした光起電力装置
。 (3) 上記背面保護膜に混在せしめられる絶縁性
粉末の平均粒径は上記導電性粉末の平均粒径とほ
ぼ同等か、大きいことを特徴とした請求の範囲第
