されてなる光電変換素子と、こと光電変換素子に
て発生される電力を蓄積する蓄電池と、上記透明
部材の表面に形成され、上記透明電極膜及び裏面
電極膜に電気的に接続された透明発熱抵抗体とを
備えたことを特徴とする太陽電池装置。
